Travel Club is a service specifically designed to assist Baxter patients travel throughout the world.
Since 1994, Baxter has supported patients with peritoneal dialysis holiday within Australia, New Zealand or overseas with their HomeChoice PRO™ machines. Our dedicated team of HomeCare Customer Support Specialists (CSS) have access to Baxter’s extensive global manufacturing and distributor services. This worldwide network coordinates the delivery of your solutions and consumables to most large cities around the world, enabling you the freedom to travel with the assurance that Baxter will be by your side.
Baxter guarantees delivery to the major cities of the countries listed below. If you are planning to travel to a smaller city, village or island within these countries, or if your holiday destination is not listed below, please contact our Baxter HomeCare Customer Support Specialists (CSS), as we may be able to assist you.
Please contact your renal unit or HomeCare CSS to request a copy of the Travel Club PD Traveller Information Pack. Please note that HomeCare require 14-28 days notice for domestic travel, and 90 days notice for international travel to source and arrange delivery of your supplies to your holiday destination.
